Quickstart — Cloud

Sign up for RetrySight Cloud staging, enroll a laptop collector, and confirm a heartbeat on Collectors.

RetrySight Cloud hosts the manager and dashboard at cloud-staging.retrysight.com. Collectors run on developer laptops and push to the same origin.

This is the staging environment. Expect hostname and limits to change before general availability.

1. Create an account

Open cloud-staging.retrysight.com/signup (or Start trial on retrysight.com). Details: Sign up.

2. Enroll this machine

In the dashboard, open Welcome or Account and run the OS enroll script. It writes ~/.agent-retry/config.yaml and installs a native package with a bundled JRE — no JDK.

3. Confirm a heartbeat

Open Collectors (not a page named Agents). Within about 10 seconds the hostname should show Online. Open the row for Agent ID.

4. Generate a task

Use Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex on this machine. Events appear on Tasks and Dashboard after the next 10-second upload batch.
